I'm really liking this - much more comfortable than the old-fashioned enema bag and hard tube. Had to get a new one, though - I wrapped a piece of bandaging adhesive tape around it to mark the max insertion length BUT the adhesive started disolving the noodle !! Don't do that! Now I use a small rubber band for the same purpose
